To learn more about us and My Fractional Marketer, we have to look to the Founder, Louise Goldsmith. Louise began her marketing career as the first marketing hire for a hygiene and facilities management manufacturing company. In that role, she helped drive significant international growth, expanding the business from exporting solely to Ireland to over 130 countries worldwide. This expansion contributed to the company’s success and eventual acquisition by two U.S. based private equity firms in 2020.
As part of that role, her team were voted CIM Marketing Excellence Awards Finalists - For Integrated Marketing Comms, Customer Education, in partnership with the Eve Appeal Charity, raising awareness of gynaecological cancers through product positioning.
Additionally, she co-founded a PR and communications agency specialising in the technology, education, and FM sectors, where she honed her expertise in brand building and strategic communication as well as building the cleaning industry's first Marketing awards.
Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing in a global marketing role for a leading technology, SaaS, and robotics company, focused on humanoid and service robots within the hospitality, education, and FM sectors. Here she developed a comprehensive new framework to revolutionise and digitise facility management. The goal: to drive cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights using tech ownership, expertise and investment capabilities, to deliver unparalleled building experiences, operational efficiency and employee engagement.
As well as experience, bringing deep industry knowledge about sectors such as; Manufacturing, Hospitality, Robotics, Tech, SaaS, Facilities Management, Cleaning and Education, and a wide network, Louise is also a former committee member of the ISSA Innovation and Education Committee. Launched in summer 2019, the committee was formed of 8 members representing different sectors of the cleaning industry across different European countries and company types. The committee had the goal to support the ISSA (The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association) in designing and establishing an innovation and education programme.
She was also deputy committee member for the Interclean Exhibition, the biggest bi- annual show in the cleaning and hygiene sector, and previously sat on the Committee for the CSSA Women's Group, supporting women in business.
